Strength Camp w/ Brandon

Unlike most group classes, Brandon has specialized this class over the last 20+ years with the use of strength training. So, whether your fitness level is beginner, intermediate, or expert, this Bootcamp class can accommodate and help you reach your goals! For Brandon, he wants each member of his class to become stronger, move better, & discover their “fountain of youth.”

$5 class for members.
$22 for non members.

BRANDON'S Bootcamp

Whether your fitness level is beginner, intermediate, or expert, this Bootcamp class can accommodate and help you reach your goals! For Brandon, he wants each member of his class to become stronger, move better, & discover their “fountain of youth.” 

With Rogue kettlebells up to nearly 200lbs, you will be sure to get a great full body workout with this class.

For our members, you can drop in for $20 or buy a package. Not a member? No problem! We have non-member rates for packages or drop in for $22.

Combative Knife Class

Our Knife Combative Class is based on a martial art with its origins found in Filipino and Malaysian style of combat. It employs training methods used to enable defense against an attacker by using knives, hands, and sticks. Plus, it’s cool and so are the instructors. Class is offered just once each week in 4 week sessions on Tuesday @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm -8:30 pm. Enroll IMMEDIATELY as class sizes are limited to 8 students per class. $50.00 per 4 week session.
